2024 GHG inventory verified by third party
From the end of 2021 to 2025, the cumulative online trading capacity of external customer energy storage sites reached 144.9 MW, while self-owned sites reached 5.2 MW (The decrease compared with 2024 was mainly due to the transition from dReg to E-dReg.) By the end of 2025, the cumulative installed capacity of front-of-the-meter energy storage systems reached 150.1 MW, supporting the stability and reliability of the power grid.
Billion continued to replace office lighting with LED fixtures in phases, achieving an actual electricity reduction of 14,756 kWh in 2025.
In 2025, net revenue from sustainable economic activities reached NT$1,663 million, accounting for 78.85% of consolidated revenue.

2022
- Energy intensity decreased by 1.91GJ/turnover (million NTD) compared to 2021.
- In 2022, the accumulated total power generated by Solar Energy power plant and sold to Taipower was approximately 5,962,771 kWh, which helped Taipower reduce carbon emissions by approximately 3,035.1 mt, equivalent to afforestation of approximately 303.5 ha, an area equivalent to 11.7 Daan Forest Park.
- In 2022, the co-construction capacity of energy storage sites, external customers and Heavy Electricity User is 7.65MW, the self-owned field construction capacity is 7.1MW, and the co-construction capacity is 14.75 MW, contributing to increased utilization rate of renewable energy.
- The adoption rate of high DMIPS/Watt microprocessors has increased from 12.6% in 2021 to 49.1% in 2022.

Organized four “Multi-Stars Seed Projects” events in 2025, recorded cumulative participation of more than 2,900 person-times, demonstrating the impact and broad participation of social initiatives.
Provided childcare allowances and scholarships for employees’ children.
Conducted health checkups and regular consultations with nursing staff.
Strengthened employee education and training and improved dormitory facilities.
Organized diverse club activities.
Invested a total of NTD 1,244 thousand, mainly in public welfare activities, childcare allowances, and scholarships.

Held training sessions on ethical management, trade secrets, and gender equality, with participation from 226 employees across the Group.

Ranked in the 6%–20% tier among 976 TWSE-listed companies in the 12th Corporate Governance Evaluation, and ranked in the top 1% among listed companies with market capitalization below NTD 5 billion, both representing above-average performance.
