Editorial Principles
The 2025 Sustainability Report (hereinafter referred to as “this report”) is the fifth sustainability report published by Billion Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”; collectively referred to as the “Billion Group” when including the covered subsidiaries). The content structure of this report is prepared with reference to the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards (GRI Standards), following the eight reporting principles of GRI 2021: accuracy, balance, clarity,comparability, completeness, sustainability context, timeliness and verifiability. It also incorporates industry-specific disclosure topics and metrics from the HARDWARE sector of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). At the same time, it echoes the "Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies" and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Scope and Source
The reporting period of this Report is from January 1 to December 31, 2025, consistent with the reporting period of the consolidated financial statements. The scope of Billion Electric’s 2025 Sustainability Report covers Billion Electric Co., Ltd. including its headquarters and Yilan Plant, as well as four subsidiaries: Billion Watts Technologies Co., Ltd., Billion EVC Technologies Co., Ltd., NoonSpare Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and BEC Technologies Inc. Taiwan Branch (US).
Financial data are disclosed based on the consolidated financial statements, and all financial figures in this Report are presented in New Taiwan dollars. Where information disclosed in this Report falls outside the above reporting scope, relevant notes will be provided accordingly.
This Report was prepared based on information provided by each department and compiled by the Sustainability Report Editorial Team. It was reviewed by the Sustainability Development Committee,submitted to the President and Chairman for approval, and finally submitted to the Board of Directors for review and issuance.
