“Commitment to quality, meeting customer and regulatory requirements, supporting green products, and building a sustainable supply chain” are the Company’s highest product standards. Our quality management system covers design verification in R&D, supplier quality control, multi-level checks in manufacturing, and customer feedback handling, with the ultimate goal of fulfilling customer needs and complying with environmental regulations. With strong quality and technical capabilities, we ensure efficient and reliable production from product design to mass production.

The European Union has established environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH to restrict harmful substances that may cause cancer, mutations, or reproductive risks. In line with EU regulations and customer requirements, the Company has implemented Hazardous Substances Control Procedures and Standards. All products of Billion Group, Billion Watts, Billion EVC, and NoonSpare fully comply with these requirements.

Billion is certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IECQ QC 080000 (applicable to the Power Division), and conducts regular internal audits and third-party verifications to ensure effective hazardous substance management. All products and services comply with customer requirements and international environmental and safety standards. Products are tested and certified according to each market’s regulations, including UL/C1D2 and FCC (USA), CE/RED (EU), RCM (Australia), PSE (Japan), and BSMI and NCC (Taiwan). Some domestic models are also cybersecurity certified to ensure wireless communication safety. All power supplies meet DOE Level VI standards and are developed, designed, and manufactured based on customer specifications.

If product abnormalities occur, customers may report issues via the company’s designated complaint mailbox. We handle such cases in accordance with the “Customer Complaint Handling Procedure,” including root cause analysis and corrective action. In 2024, Billion Group reported no violations or penalties related to product or service health and safety regulations, demonstrating our strong commitment to quality and user safety.

Supplier Management Policy

Billion is committed to establishing a long-term and stable supply chain to ensure the stability of production and business. In order to achieve this goal, Billion conducts supplier evaluation, including factors such as price, quality and delivery on-time rate, social responsibility and ethical management, to select the most suitable supplier. Through these measures, the supply chain can be better managed to ensure the quality and reliability of products and services.

  • Carefully select suppliers with sustainable operating capabilities and regularly review their supply quality, delivery on-time rate, and price.

  • Suppliers are required to provide products that comply with RoHS banned substances/EU REACH substances of high concern and other regulations.
  • Priority will be given to suppliers with relevant management system certifications.
  • Material suppliers must fully comply with domestic/international laws, regulations and practices on environmental safety.
  • Material suppliers should establish an environment-free management system for hazardous substances.
  • Only use qualified suppliers that comply with HSF materials.
  • Full compliance, including but not limited to EU regulations on toxic substances prohibited from use in electronic and electrical products and REACH regulations and standards.

  • Require suppliers to sign a sustainable development code of conduct and a letter of commitment to honest business operations
  • Suppliers are required to comply with the conflict mineral (metal) procurement policy and shall not use conflict minerals derived from illegal armed plunder.

Suppliers are required to comply with social responsibility and ethics management (ESG) projects, including continuing to increase the proportion of local procurement, working hours should not exceed the maximum limit stipulated by local laws, and must not promise, approve, accept bribes or other forms of unfairness 5 items, including revenue, not using child labor in any manufacturing process, and ensuring that products do not use conflict minerals from Congo and surrounding areas.

Economic

  • Carefully select suppliers with sustainable management capabilities and regularly review their supply quality, on-time delivery rate, pricing, services, and financial stability.

Environmental Health and Safety

  • Require suppliers to provide products that comply with regulations such as RoHS-restricted substances and the EU REACH Substances of Very High Concern. 

Material suppliers

  • Require manufacturers not to use minerals sourced from illegal armed conflict.
  • Prioritize selecting suppliers with relevant management system certifications.
  • The material suppliers must fully comply with domestic and international laws, regulations, and practices related to environmental safety.
  • Material suppliers should establish an environmental, harmful-substance-free management system.
  • Only select qualified suppliers that exclusively use HSF (harmful substance-free) materials.

REACH

  • Fully comply with regulations and standards, including but not limited to the EU-issued regulations on the prohibition of the use of toxic substances in electrical and electronic products and the REACH regulatory standards.
